Cannot list time as I have reached selling limit when I havent listed anyth

Hi

I am trying to list an item but Turbolister says:

Error 1 of 1

Your weekly selling activity limits have been exceeded, or the user has not registered as a seller. Please check eBay for selling requirements.

I have my account linked to PayPal so does this mean I am registered as a seller or do I need to do something else?

I have not listed anything before so I need help thanks

Have you actually registered as a seller?

You need to do your first listing using the sell link in ebay anyway, when you click on sell it will take you through the steps you need to take to register as a seller if you haven't already. Once you have uploaded that first listing you should go back to TL and do an update. You should now be able to list using TL. If you want you can import the existing listing to TL and use it as a template.
