Not allowed: Any items which, because of their nature or because of the item description, appear to be designed for use in sexual/adult activity, including sex toys, used underwear and items used for bondage or S & M activities
They must be making money from the Chinese sellers that have ignored the policies in the past,(hence the
rewarding with their own categories).
Ethics is one thing that this site/company has never had,(as long as they make money it will be allowed)

Erotic Clothing: You donโt need to contact us first. Weโll review existing listings and, if we think any of these should sit within Erotic Clothing categories, weโll automatically migrate them
I can only imagine what articles eBay's bots might automatically recategorise incorrectly.
