Hi,
Apparently the policy has not changed recently, but eBay has this morning decided to take it upon themselves to remove three cattle prods and one cattle prod extension pole from my listings, as they are "stun/taser guns" which are not permitted.
I have been in touch with a rep and explained how they are not weapons, or banned in the list that I had read, he sent me the same list but rather than looking in the stun/taser section, he said to look in the hand weapons section, which does say
"Any device that administers an electric shock on contact, including stun guns or tasers."
Is anyone else going through the same drama?

Not I...others may be along to share their experiences.
Never had the need for a cattle prod.
We practice cell grazing & stress free handling of our shorthorns...just sayin.

I also dont use them as like tuckcase I try to keep the sheep nice and calm. If they need a hurry up I have trained sheepdogs that will work on loading ramps and up in trucks. I did however pick one up at a clearing sale, along with some other stuff recently. I sold it on ebay , no dramas at all. Sale is completed and buyer has left pos feedback. Never heard a peep from ebay about it.
