Look for another change coming in the User Agreement ....

No doubt to be followed by even more unpopular changes.

Perhaps they know how upset people are and want to cover themselves, or as you say they have some big nasty thing planned. Store FEES to go up 500%.:O:_|

I do not think they can stop a Class Action case if there are grounds for one, even if they put it in the user agreement.

No matter what the reason it is it makes me worry.

Did I see somewhere, with the store fee price rise, that other categories apart from clothing, were going to benefit from multi variant listings?

If so where? - because now I can't find it.

And, if so what categories will benefit?

At the moment, it just says the categories will be announced later. There's apparently category changes soon, too, but at last check they haven't which are affected nor what they'll be changed to, which makes it a bit hard to know what - if any - listings need updating.

eBay has become eBad in my eyes, every couple of months the seller’s fees go up with stupid new rules making it hard for us small sellers to make a profit and so forth. Everybody has heard this in one form or another, some poor struggling seller slowly getting squashed by the big bad eBay. And everyone that has complained has threatened to close their store and leave and go elsewhere, but the funny thing is they never do they try to struggle on and so eBay brings in new fees and new stupid rules, why does eBay do this because they don't want you they are trying to get rid of you, They want big companies with big profit margins selling on their sites. A lot of small sellers do not know where to go if they close their stores and pack up, and so struggle on. Here are 2 great sights that are starting to slowly give eBay a run for their money, they are gaining popularity and are way way cheaper then eBay, one is Oztion (also known as quicksell.com) and ebid. Oztion is Australian, and has grown up and evolved from what it use to be and has become a good auction and selling sight, ebid is world wide and you can choose which country to sell from or to (Australia is there) so to all you small seller go forth and prosper.

Or read the threads that have posts since you last looked at them.

That way you read a few on each subject rather than wading through a day's worth to see if there's anything new.
