ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL.just found out about.the new store charges...gee thanks ebay we are really happy that fees are going..from 24.95 to $49.95..that's robbery..seriously thinking of closing store and just listing stuff on own website..fed up with the cavalier attitude by ebay of always telling us its all about you..what a load of rubbish..its all about ebay riding on the backs of hard working small businesses who are continually getting shafted by a system designed to maximise profits and deliver nothing in return.the farce known as paypal what a racket ebay scrapes a sales fee. then paypal helps itself to another cut...fed up with the spin we are fed via announcement emails telling its better..what nonsense justify $29.95 to 49.95?? it was the when ebay changed the neg feedvack option from sellers that we started to think of going elsewhere..then it was the meaningless, faceless chat options in dealing with problems throw in a terrible economy and you have one majorly Peed-off seller who shares the digust at the latest fee rises..and guess what will they listen???..no way..in the classic Australian piece of advice.. ebay can go and get stuffed!

THATS IT! I have had enough, I enjoyed it while it was a place for everyone, but I am not interested in a site that is only for large volume businesses. I cant even find anything to buy here anymore it is all mass produced tat. Will be closing my store today, and exploring the alternatives for a small hobby business.

Just wondering how you have only JUST found out about the price rise?
Messages were sent to all sellers accounts a good month ago to advise of the new and (they claim) better changes 😞

The changes are better, FOR EBAY.
The rest of us just get screwed over yet again by the lying deceitful bunch at eBay.
It still astounds me the lies they tell and think we believe them.:^O

That logo looks like something a child with a box of Crayons and no imagination would come up with! It is simplistic and boring!
Good grief! Can't Ebay do anything right?

I queried being charged the pro rata amount as I had subscribed to the basic store which is now not an option for me...I closed my store yesterday. My point was I did not agree with the terms and conditions of the new store options, closed my store and therefore should not have been charged as I was not subscribed to it. After a number of emails back and forth I was told this would be credited back to me after the end of the month. This was after being told my account was correct...I informed the person it was only 'correct' as it had been debited out of my account already and then another obscure response and then a third response about next month. Hmmm... if I didn't pay my account until the next month after it was due that wouldn't have gone down too well, yet Ebay can take my money in advance then make me wait to get it back????

Make our listings more visable by encouraging sellers to pay out of their own pockets for FREE postage! Great way of thinking for eBay Not! X-( Sounds more like extortion to me.........?
