I'm just wondering why eBay make it so difficult to combine postage items, when it should be so simple ?
All is needed when looking at two items 'just' sold to the one purchaser, is to tick the box on each item, go to postage, "highlight" the total postage on the two items, insert your single postage requirement, press refresh, which should then vary the postage cost and display in the final amount to forward to the purchaser.
I've now been trying on three occasions to vary the postage costs "as per the eBay instructions" without any success at all, when the above mentioned ability to allow postage costs is so bloody simple !!!
Regards.

I don't find it difficult. In Manage All orders, click on one item bought by your same buyer and not yet paid for. Click on Send Invoice. All items not yet paid for will be shown. I then delete the postage total shown, and change it to my required option, changing the postage service type if necessary. Also quite often I will have 2 different posting service types showing, for example large letter and parcel. If so one must be deleted. (Do not click Refresh.) Click send.

Thanks 'siddieswans' however, where do I find the sub-heading "manage all orders" - is it in > selling > sold > orders ? I just can't find that exact sub-heading, maybe if I could I would be in a better position to change postage cost details.
Cheers.
