Confused re selling international: can't sell at all

I log into Australian site...

List an item but get the message 'can't sell internationally.. plus I'm required to loog in again which seems to take me to US store

I have sold before but it was 12 months ago.

Happy to just sell locally but I don't know how to select that optiopn

What am I doing wrong??

If you haven't sold for more than 12 months, you probably just need to re-register as a seller again.

You may also need to agree to the International agreement.
