Thanks for the help. I gave it another try this morning and when you click on the chat it just keeps going in a loop and you get nowhere, am guessing they do not want to answer questions as to why this is happening. I wish I could find an alternative to sell from, am trying to work our godaddy ecommerce at the moment, will see how that goes, it costs less per month to have one of there stores than an eBay store and they say you get in a lot of searches, anyway we will see ๐
