Contacting an under bidder

Hi, I sold an item of furniture just on lockdown in Sydney, buyer wanted to pay and pickup after lockdown, which is now 9 weeks down the track. We are now selling our house and I need to get rid of the item. I'd like to offer to the underbidder, how do I contact them. Plus how do I cancel the sale now that 30 days have passed?

You should be able to do this to send the underbidder an offer: https://www.ebay.com.au/help/selling/listings/selling-auctions/making-second-chance-offers?id=4142

You should cancel the first sale though. I am not sure about the 30 days... Maybe you can ask eBay (live chat) or someone here knows. (I am not a seller.)
