I know this advice wasn't asked for but you can choose to take it or leave it - I'd be very wary of listing items with a 99c starting price, particularly as you are a new member (under this ID anyway, I don't know if you have others) and with a negative being your only seller FB you are probably going to see your items sell for much less than you had hoped, at least until you build up some solid feedback.
Seriously?
The Feedback is bad enough, but the follow up?????
Dear OP, may I warmly encourge you to only start an auction at the lowest price for which you are prepared to accept for an item, because by refusing to proceed with the sale and supplying what the buyer legally won means that you have breached a contract and have broken the law.
Furthermore, might I be so rude as to recommend that before you list anything else that you spend some time familiarising yourself with the site map (found at the bottom of every page) and eBay trading rules and policies? (found under the "customer Support" tab to the top right of your screen)
Finally, I also believe that it would be extremely beneficial for you to familiarize yourself with the Terms and Conditions of trading on eBay. This was that bit that you didn't bother reading and just ticked the box to say you had read it when you were joining eBay.

the 66.7% score and only 1 FB kinda stares you in the face though, eh?
But yes, you are correct, I suppose.

What happened to the days when you had to have at least 10 positive feedback before you could sell anything?

ahhhhh, dem good old days again, eh?
but that would make it too difficult for all those 0 ID scam artists, Billy.

Must be more than 5 years ago.

ah well, but $1 is still a good price for a NIKE jacket, and what a nice seller to charge so little for postage on it too, eh? Cos there is no way that that jacket will be under 500g or capable of fitting into a 500g satchel even if it does come in under weight. So, I'm gonna guess that postage alone will cost about $12!
But interesting how they knew how to cancel bids and end a listing when they have so little knowledge about how anything else on eBay works, eh?

Countdown is now on to see how long that jacket stays listed........
