Hi all
Just sharing some info about another group of "online couriers" (they seem to be everywhere). These guys have no phone numbers & only use email – that should be the 1st warning! Any business that is afraid to engage customers should not be permitted to operate. How scared are they of engaging with customers? I traced their IP address from the emails they sent me – to Sacramento, California!! They even use proxies to hide their email traffic!
I booked a pickup on 28/1 to ship from Melbourne to Sydney with advice that it should take "1-2 days". Today (31/1), it still hasn't been delivered. I recognize that are not responsible for the deliveries, however its their pathetic recognition of the issue & disregard for customer service that I have a problem with.
My communication with them today to find out about a delivery delay has involved 5 emails asking the same question – "what does your package look like as this will help the carrier further". They clearly don't care about customers & hide behind the fact that no one can find them. I would expect an online company that deals with online shoppers might care a little bit about customer feedback, given the huge amount of poor feedback online, but I'm sadly mistaken.
Dont use them – just call (insert courier company here) directly & sort it yourself.

Can you please name the couriers, so, all can avoid? I don't think than to name them could be against any ebay policy..

If your post has been edited, as yours was by an entity known as livish . Livish is one of the forum moderators.
So this means that you have probably breached one of the Discussion Board Usage Policy in some manner.
So it's probably a safe bet to not post the name again, or to start another thread with the same breach in it.
Sometimes the post is edited, sometimes the entire post is removed.
Some times we get official warningd for breaches. Too many of these and you get "banned" from using the boards for varying lengths of time, depending on how naughty you have been.
so, sort of like the "Sin Bin"
a little holiday we affectionately call eBali, as you are not allowed to discuss removed posts (nothing in the DBUPs about edits though, which is not surprising as the current DBUP is from 2009, but the current moderastors with the ability to edit only joined us in 2013.) or sanctioned members.
(that's another DBUP breach)
