I recently opened an eBay store. Since then I have seen on my listings "pay only $### (show me how). I am now also receiving vouchers from eBay to spend from the sales I made. Am I getting less for my items if a customer uses a discount voucher. Am I paying final value fee on advertised price or sale price after voucher. I don't understand. Can anyone explain?
