Customer waits weeks to advise

Hello i need some help here, my feedback is already a mess although i ship all goods with in 48hrs and offer option of registered post which buyers wont opt for!

I am really getting sick of buyers contacting me more than 3 weeks after goods have been shipped saying they havent arrived i have replaced over 50 items this month and its costing me a fortune.

NOW i have a Buyer tonight who has emailed me to say item NOT arrived the item was shipped out to this person on the 5th June nealy 6 weeks ago!! Regular Post I know she will leave me a negative feedback if i dont replace the goods which is NOT fair my terms are clear that buyers advise us within 7 biusiness days of goods NOT arriving

SO WHAT DO I DO? any advise would be greatly appreciated!

Hello i am not sure which listing you refer to with red warning? Oh that red warning i will spend some time this weekend and re do listings. I ship most goods within 48hrs there are not a lot of sales so its not difficult to keep up with. I just dont understand why my feedback is so bad before all the new eBay changes i was doing OK,  but now its all really bad with Feedback issues and sales

Re: Customer waits weeks to advise

Hello i stopped posting larger products because they dont sell due to high postage costs. I use to ship around 100 large parcels a week using click and send 500g and 300g satchels it was great! BUT now with High Postage Costs and new eBay changes and being forced to offer FREE postage i just cant compete

I now ship all goods regular mail in an envelope as they are flat items its cheaper to post

I have around 5 - 10 customers a week say items havnt arrived some weeks i ship around 50 - 60 items a week sometimes a little more sometimes less just depends if i put items on sale or not.

In this listing, you refer customers to your website - I think this may contravene eBay guidelines, but might be worth checking out.

Good luck,

Marina.

Re: Customer waits weeks to advise

Do you post with return address that indicate what kind of products you are selling?

Certain types of products are more prone to be post office stolen lost.

Putting "party stuff" on the return address details is a red flag IMO.

Agree with that.   I would change Post Offices.   Seems an awful lot

of stuff to go missing IMO. Could be the staff

Change your PO and see if there's a difference
