Hi All
Being a Newby I was wondering why I still can not see my DSR. I think I now have enough feedback as a seller but still showing message "This information will be available when this member receives at least 10 detailed seller ratings." Can someone let me know if I am counting up incorrectly. I know multi FB from one customer only counts as 1 if within a 7 day period.
Thanks
Katrina

Hello Katrina,
I was new once though now I feel decidedly second hand lol.
Your f/b as a seller shows 11 buyers.
What you need to realise is that not all buyers leave DSR's.
Based on my own account it seems to be around 70 to 75%.
I think you will just have to wait a little longer.
Also, it can take eBay a few days to catch up with you once you do hit the mark.
Patience is definitely a virtue for an eBay seller.
the Best of luck in your endeavours

Katrina, the DSRs do not show up as soon as they are left....I believe it can be several days before the impact on your ratigs.
Also, do not get too upset at what they show. You do not get an overall picture until you have at least 20 (I think) star ratings and I believe you need 50 before a true picture emerges. Don't quote me on these numbers...I am not a seller. But it stands to reason that a low rating will have a greater impact on a small number of stars than on a larger number.
