Hey Everyone. Just wanted to check with everyone here because I know I will get a straight answer, instead of calling CS. I have just noticed I have a Late defect Rating - Carrier Says late delivery. Customer ordered it on 14th February, AP scanned it on 16th Feb, then 17th, 18th, 20th all scanned again, then finally delivered to QLD (im in Sydney) on 25th Feb. Should I call Ebay and question the defect or let sleeping dogs lie.

the scanning showed it arrived at the PO within the guesstimated time. NO attempted delivery, WASN'T carded - simply marked awaiting collection ! I messaged the buyer to let her know and she then had to drive to whoop whoop to collect it. Delivery was never attempted.
This is the issue, it is not classed as delivered by Australia post until picked up...hence the only guaranteed protection is scanned lodgement, Extending handling time will not save you from these situations.
Even if it is clearly shown that buyer took a week to pick up thats the same as you shipped it late right? And you need to be punished..you naughty, naughty seller
