New to eBay- put item up for auction, I didn't accept last bid- as not high enough for what I wanted- ebay has told me it's sold, when I need to cancel- and relist. Didn't realise once an item is up for auction- I have no control over it.

I would be very very very wary of buying anything at these $ values, from what is effectively a brand new seller, previous feedback kind of indicates they have never sold before, they currently have 0% feedback, and already doing dodgy things with buyers.
Raises all thoughts of questions?

The next buyer might not be so generous with their feedback, especially once they see it is repeat behaviour
I think it might have originally been a neg, as there is 1 revised fb and only 1 fb (neutral). Revised does not mean deleted, so 1 revised fb and only 1 fb as a seller sounds like it might have originally been a neg?

You also have a typo in header...should be padlock.
Do not send that by standard postage, PLEASE....you are looking for trouble!

I thought the same.
I realise Ros13 is fairly new to ebay buying and selling but in the early stages of selling, building up a decent score and some positive reviews is important in order to boost buyer confidence.
A lot of people are willing to give a newish seller a go, but we're talking reasonably high priced items here and their one and only sale didn't go well.
Ros does seem to have learnt in that the item has now been relisted at a higher starting price but there is very little description given of the actual item. I know Ros wasn't asking for help on how to list or how to post etc but perhaps it might be better for them to start with a couple of lower priced items so they can get a feel for how the whole system works.

4 sales actually Springy, with 2 of them being the same bracelet ending within 15 minutes of each other at a sale price of $2,100 and $2,800.

Oh! 😳
I didn't realise that. My mistake, as I only looked up the feedback 'as a seller' but of course, not everyone gives feedback.
That's even worse news if they had the same bracelet listed twice (at virtually the same time) and it sold twice. Recipe for disaster, or so it seems to me.
Those are very high priced items and I think someone else mentioned the possibility for scamming too by some buyers.
Obviously the seller has some good items they want to sell but they may be better going to a specialised auction place or if they must go the ebay route, I still think starting with some cheaper items may be the way to go, till they have more experience with the process.

The OP hasn't been back but as I mentioned earlier, if they haven't cancelled those listings properly then the next headache they're going to have is eBay wanting their fees for those 4 sales. Hmmm.
