I have been contacting eBay for 2 months trying to get the money owed to me since introducing managed payments. They always tell me everything looks ok and have even had an email saying that everything is successful and should receive payment in 24 hours. Now my account is suspended and nobody can purchase which is hurting our family business. If anyone else has had this issue can they advise how they got it resolved . Thanks in advance.

Is your business registered as a Trust or anything other than a personal account?
Do your submitted documents all match the info on file ie: if you submitted a passport, is that in the same name as the account holder? Not sure about bank account, but maybe also has to be in the name of the account holder too.
There have been a few issues that have cropped up as people have been moved over these last few months.

Hi mate, have you received any payments at all since switching over to managed payments?
I have been on managed payments for awhile and everything was going smoothly until recently when I stopped receiving payments into my bank account.
I receive an email everyday saying payment has been sent and should be in my bank account 1-2 business days but nothing ever shows up in my bank account.
Iโm on daily payouts.

In the last months I have had 4 orders cancelled by buyers and I provided full refund. All 4 orders sold under Promoted Listings. Ebay has refunded all selling fees but on each occasion the incorrect Ad fee has been refunded. I am still trying to get the correct Ad fee amounts reimbursed to me. Has been an absolute nightmare using MP.

eBay has finally acknowledged there is an issue with payouts and has escalated it to the tech department.They mentioned a few sellers today have contacted them about the issue.
