Disappearing sold auction items

Is anyone else having a problem with their sold auctions disappearing? We had several auctions with bids on them ending tonight & they aren't in our sold list (or unsold or active). Also a buyer messaged us to say she couldn't see if she had won the auction as she couldn't find the item either, so it's not just at our end. It's cost us a few more sales from the same buyer as she's decided not to risk bidding on any more of our items until the problem's gone.

ps. not sure if it's just auctions or BIN as well as we have no idea if there have been any more sales.

OK, just had a couple of BIN sales show up, so probably just auctions.

I had sales and ended items stuck up the top of the selling page. It was a good 2 hours before the sold items dropped into the sold section and the unsolds down the bottom to be relisted. The emails came through not long after. Not sure if the buyer knew they had won the item or not.
