Sick of dishonest Buyers,I have had to refund at least 5 buyer over the last 5 years because they say they haven't recieved items even though Tracking says its been delivered.

Then had two of the Buyers sling off at me after they recieve money back.,,

Ebay doesn't care .

I cant leave negative feedback.

Its all so unfair.

Did you upload tracking to the disputes?

Yes all items had tracking.

Buyers were still refunded. One in Germany said the items had to be picked up at PO.

He said he went to get them and the item had been returned to me.

I chased it up and asked him what postOffice and found out The Items had been picked up.

I told Ebay .But he was still refunded Because He told Ebay he didnt have the item.

That was a couple of years ago.

Twn asked if you uploaded tracking to the disputes

Regardless of the items actually having tracking, you need to actually upload that tracking to the dispute itself

You need to prove it to eBay that way

You telling them is not good enough

In the buyer said/the seller said, eBay will always side with the buyer

I guess it depends on how many 'good' sales you have to balance it out.

If tracking shows as delivered then as others have said, you need to upload those details into the dispute.

The only other things I can suggest is maybe limiting sales to Australia only.

Plus always having tracking. The neutral i can see in your feedback says the item, valued at $55, had no tracking. At that price point, I would not risk it without tracking.

I don't know how common buyer scams are but I suspect they are not as likely to claim item not received if they know there is tracking to prove otherwise. (Or so I would have presumed anyway)

If tracking shows the item was delivered, opening a request for an item not received is a clear breach of the "Abusive buyer policy". Those breaching said policy risk being booted off eBay completely.

I would have said 5 in 5 years pretty remarkable.

You mentioned the German purchase a couple of years ago - but not the latest.

What was the latest - and why refunded - if tracking states ' delivered '. ??

It was free postage and post cost $15.Si sent it cheaper..Footnote .recently I was able to find this item and contacted Buyer .WE did a private sale.I usually only send Items untracked at under $20.

I also did upload tracking to Ebay as i always do if there is a dispute,Usually majes no differnce.
