Hi,
I have sold an item recently and advertised a postage price for it. I didn't however include an option for pick-up, although didn't expressly say "no pick-up".
The person who won the auction has asked for my phone number and address so he can pick up the item. I'm quite protective of these details so am uncomfortable giving them out.
Do I have to accept pick-up or can I reasonably ask him to pay for the item and postage and mail it out to him instead?
Thanks,
Af.

ebay have redesigned some pages.
In the listing go to the postage section and select create postage policy.
A new window will open and give the policy a name such as "no postage"
Then select no postage local pick up only, save and complete the listing.
Also in the description put the postcode of the pick up item and the date you want the item picked up by.
