Needing some advise. Customer purchased 3 items from me on the 13th Jnauary. The address provided by Paypal doesn't exist in "whereis". Street name doesn't exist. The address has been amended in paypal as it if different from heh Ebay one.
I have messaged several times through Ebay, I have emailed them to the email address provided and called numerous times, but have not had an answer.
What would you do now?

If they have provided a phone number I would give them a call.

Ooppss!! Sorry didn't read your OP fully.
Hmmm! We have in the past mailed out to addresses we could not find on Google maps but never had them returned or heard no more so assumed they have arrived.
So perhaps give ebay a call on this one for some advice. If the CS person does not seem to understand ask for a supervisor.

Could it be a new suburb that isn't registered on the whereis maps yet? Did you try google maps? It's a long shot, but try looking in the white pages and see if it shows up in there. You could also try a reverse lookup on her phone number if it's a landline (just google "reverse phone number lookup Australia")

I have tried just putting in the postcode and that suburb doesn't show. I have tried just the street name and nothing. I really dont know what to do. If I send it to the address provided, they will not get it. They wont respond or call me back to confirm the address. I have never had this beforte, sometimes with the postcode being one number off, but never a mystery address.
