Much of eBay's policies are dictated by the US market, which is still severely impacted by pretty much all issues surrounding covid-19, so it's hard to say - I doubt they'll change anything around extended ETAs etc, they'd be foolish if they did, as the postal impacts are a long way from being resolved.
They'll likely discontinue some things here, some of them were completely unnecessary, and others were just a little grace for people to try and get their bearings and work out exactly how this will affect them (eg the fee relief options).
