Ebay Repeated Restrictions on Account - GLITCH?! No support whatsoever

Hi, just sharing in case anyone has experienced this but my account was restricted a few weeks ago due to owning a payment apparently. I Initially received a message from ebay saying that I had own money to them but ignored as I have had auto payouts for 5 years now.

- 3 days later account was restricted. Checked to see if I could make a manual payment and turns out I owe $0, so can't make any payments whatsoever. eBay chat member said it was an error and restriction was lifted.

- 2 days later account get's restricted again. eBay chat member says i owe 27cents. I pay them through a link and restriction is lifted. Was told that it would not happen again now.

- 2 days later restriction again. This time all listings are removed also, (countless hours of work, money, and years for listing history gone). Chatted with same person and explained the situation but they told me as long as I owe money, I'll keep getting suspended after 30 days (This annoyed me a lot because she had told me the other day that it was fine and it wouldn't happen again). After that she said i need to wait and see what happens.


- Called customer service and they gladly helped me sort this out. Turns out I was owning a payment from 5 years ago of 67cents that hadn't gone through the system. Send them 1 dollar this time to make sure it was covered and account was put back to running. They also mentioned that listings were on database and could be relisted.  Next day I tried to re-list but button wouldn't work (listings were not found).

- Called again 3 days later and they said they would sort it out > Account reinstated again. 

- Again, 2 days later restricted and so forth. This is going on for around a month now, close to 7-8 times. No money owed whatsoever. All automatic payments (3 in fact) running as always. Tried removing them and re-adding them again. Nothing.

Asked whether they have another department that can help but was told that this time would be the last. Ebay simply does not give a damn about you. Just the robot-like responses as always from them. Unsure on what to do now.

Any chance someone went trough the same and was able to solve it?

Seems I'll need to start from scratch on this. Will confirm once/if account has been sorted.

I've been following this thread with interest. It Isn't the usual sort of account situation by any means.

I hope it is properly, finally and completely sorted out so that your account doesn't feel as though it's teetering on the edge of a cliff.

Hi Countesss, Dont know what the problem is but apparently it is not sorted,   OP is  NARU  again.

Hope he can arise again and get it finally sorted, then we might be able to find out what the issue was.

Yes it is unusual for sure, maybe too much power given to the bots, I keep expecting this whole thread to disappear, but hopefully as long as it remains the OP is still in with a chance.

Heya.

Was away on holidays for a month. Was told that some users are experiencing this issue with ebay and they were looking in resolving it. Unfortunately nothing has happened yet for me.

Might create a new store for listings until this is fixed as I have allowed them enough time I think already.

You have a couple of new listings today that were listed at almost the same time as this post.

So is there no longer a problem ?

Not entirely, I relisted them just now.

The problem is that once a sale occurs, eBay fees are added and not withdrawn automatically from my payments. Even when choosing to make a payment manually owed balance shows as zero always.

Typically, I'd get suspended after 2 days from when a sale occurs.
