I have made many reports to ebay about someone who won an Item I listed for sale and then got ghosted. To date I have not got one response from ebay.
I have no way of warning others that this person is bad to deal with so we are forced to leave a positive response and write stuff like I did below for ebay member
Not Positive: Not Positive: Ebay will not allow us to be able to give real negative feedback anymore: They won the auction, messaged me on ebay and on mobile we arranged to meet, responded to one other text, but did not turn up or respond. Waste of time. Ebay are also hopeless for doing anything about it.
