To all members,
I have a trade mark in place only for australia now people from after country are braking my
trade mark on EBAY AUSTRALIA site
Using my trade mark online they send me a message that the items will be removed that is a joke they have not been removed
because the members are still selling them on ebay
The way i put this is that ebay thinks they can brake the law and get away with it so to all members bewarned
ebay help people from other country too brake trade mark law in Australia
i will not sit back and let them do it to my business

How are you reporting the trademark infringement?
Just in case, you might have better success using this process: http://pages.ebay.com.au/help/tp/vero-rights-owner.html
Edited to add: if your trademark is registered in Aus only, your rights won't be recognised in other countries. I'm not 100% sure what that means when an international seller uses it but advertises on an Australian site.... You would be better off speaking to an IP specialist to work out what your best options are in that regard.
