Ebay customer service being abuseive on PHONE. Any one has else faced it ?

Hi All

I had a very very difficult time on with the cutomer serivce 

CALL REF >> 1-143620355097
NAME >> geah

She was very very very very abuseive and HUNG UP THE CALL.

Do other in the forum had any similiar issue with EBAY CUSTOMER SERVICE ?

A while ago I probably got hung up on by CS maybe 10 times a day lol but I had a good excuse though lol

It is a known customer service policy (not just ebay's) to hang up when the customer is abusive/erratically unstable/swearing/etc..  Were you abusive first?

The worst ebay's customer service has ever done to me was to keep talking over me. I have raised my voice a few times with them and they have never hung up on me.

I know what yoy are saying.. I did not abusive but insisting on why the refund has not happened inspite of 24 - 48 hours as promosed.. and I was not able to unstanded asked to spell the words ... and he started aubusing  

Is there any way to esclating profanity from customer service ?
