I've been with Ebay 22 years now and as my feedback indicates I've done a lot of transactions.
I recently returned to Australia from Korea and had some issues related to verification.
I have to say that the customer service via the chat function has been very good.
Much much better than the past. The people I communicated with were polite and seemed
like they wanted to get my issue sorted. Which they did.
