Ebay plus glitch for sellers

Any one is having a problem with thier ebay plus listings today?  My sold items under ebay plus suddenly  turned to free shipping and ebay is not reimburising the postage.     I called ebay and as per usuall they have no idea about any thing.   Just want to check if any other sellers is having the same problem? Thanks

I haven't heard that but it's interesting that ebay's system wouldn't have accounted for that, considering it would save them money. My postage discounts will automatically apply in the cart, so I wonder if that has any affect.

The person that told me said they just sent a combined total and received a message about postage being now charged from a plus member when none was showing before. I cannot remember how they fixed it though or if they just removed the postage charge.

I can confirm there is still a glitch had a few sales over night and today sell via Ebay Plus but I didnt recieve postage costs from ebay.  Ebay have told me they are aware of the glitch and are sorting it out and will pay the postage costs that are missing but offered no time frame.

OK so if you don't do free postage does that mean ebay pay for the postage?

You have $7.95 which you still get from ebay even if a ebay plus member buys from you?

If I purchased that item with my account that has Ebay plus I would pay $79.98 and Ebay would give the seller the $7.95 for postage.

If I used my account that doesn't have Ebay plus it would cost me $79.98 + $7.95
