Ebay three year later reopen case

I everyday use, and list item at Ebay. One day 12.04.2014 list item not possible.

Ebay comment:

I not understand problem, ask customer support.

The Story:

Buyer 04.05.2011 buy item.
Buyer 04.05.2011 open case, item not received

I search track number, and find package in buyer's country.
RR008183049TH KU411 09/05/2011MANILA

Two day later package received, case closed, everyone is happy.

Ebay three year later re-open case. Appeal not answered.
This blackmail. Re-open case not legitimate.

Please help meeeeeeee

I am not sure if you are aware you are on the Australian site.

Thailand doesn't seem to have their own site but are you supposed to be on the Australian site?

I would be contacting the source of your correspondence and resubmit the proof you have.

I have uploaded here evidence Ebay re-open case, but Ebay administrator cancelled.
Ebay It is likely very ashamed.  This abuse of a dominant position.
