We use the one from the Sales Order Details which is the one that comes up when you go to Print Labels or Invoices and that comes from PayPal. We copy this address across to our label printer software to put onto an address label.
But since 99.9% of our stuff goes out large letter untracked we do not have any seller protection anyway, so I feel free to fix address errors etc on the labels as I print them.
Errors from having to ask the buyer because key bits of the address are missing like street name all the way down to just a bit of formatting and/or abbreviation so it fits well on our label size. Having both suburb and city in the address is the most comon fault, although its unlikely to make an item become lost. I don't know how people get on who use labels like C&S where this kind of error causes a mismatch error between postcode and location. You would be forced to delete the city or else you would unable to print the label.
