Afternoon everyone,
Just a question more out of curiosity than anything else.
I have sold a small amount of items from very late April until this week.
I have received positive feedback from a few buyers.
So far, so good!
However, I have noticed the feedback given this month has been dated for the the 1st of April, not the actual date it was given. It shows up on the Seller Hub as such, as well as the eBay app on my IPad.
I have no idea how anyone can sell something in May and the feedback is dated April... the item didn't sell then!!!
Any clues from those wiser and more knowledgable than me would be appreciated.
TIA.
Sandra

Thank you for replying so quickly!! Express post at its best.
I missed that post (she who normally reads everything !)
It sounds like what I am experiencing then.
Another day, another glitch.
Thank you for the link.

I don't know if it is related to what is causing yours, but

All their feedback started showing as being left on the 1st (of random months) rather than the real date it was left too

I like getting the feedback dated before the sale date.
