Can any body help me with this..I sold an item that the winning bidder purchased and then advised it was a mistake on his part.I agreed to mutually end the sale as he didnt want it ( he had made no payment) and he accepted and asked me to open the case so he could agree to close the case 
so i would get my final value fee re credited back to me. ( The amount was 9.90 ) .We went through the process and i got conformation that the final value fee was credited back..On my account page i clicked on credits and there it was along with another amount of 70 cents for another non payer that i was credited final value back for...How ever in my actual balance the 70 cents is their as being credited but no sign of the 9.90 coming off my overall balnce..So why has the little final value fee been taken off yet not the larger one im so called credited for..Does any one know...
