How do I do it? 

When I click on the Take Action tab it comes up with close case... is that the option I take? 

And yes today is the day I can go the next step.

Yes.

This will leave the nonpaying buyer with a strike and refund your FVFs.

You need to wait 4 full days, in other words 4 days plus, even if only several minutes extra,  if it says "waiting for response from buyer"  then wait until it changes,  If the option says "You can close case now"  then proceed to do so,

thanks... it looks like I can do it now but my page is not loading properly at the moment so I will give it a few hours...

Don't forget to add them to your blocked bidder list.

I recently checked mine where I'd blocked specific non payers & 4 out of 5 (average) were NARU.
