If it's a repeat buyer, check your sales records.

If it's not one of your buyers, just a user ID  that you want to check their  feedback, purchases etc,

it's not always guaranteed  but you may be able to find them using this link

No, she made a purchase late yesterday (on a different account) and then asked for a cancellation later on. I suspect it was because the postage cost showing was ridiculously high as a consequence of this postage issue with ebay. I wanted to tell her that it I would be revising the postage but there was nowhere to leave a note or contact the buyer to explain the situation.
