First dispute closed - woohoo! Now to block...

After a year of selling on eBay, I closed my first non-payment dispute today.

Thankfully I'm getting my FVF back.

Anyway, now that's over I want to block the buyer.  I understand where to go, but I don't understand what their ID is.  Is it their eBay name or is some number that I have to find on their eBay page?

I did try to put their eBay name, but I'm not sure if that worked.

Any help is appreciated, thanks.

It's almost a strange thing to have to do after a while of selling...don't you think?

Wasn't planning to leave feedback at all.

I asked for payment after waiting 7 days after winning the bid, then waited a few more days to give them one more chance to pay, then opened the dispute, then closed after 4 days.

I never heard once from her after she won the bid... She was like an eery ghost.  😐

I doubt she'd leave me any feedback.

The buyer cannot leave feedback anyway once you open and close a NPB.

Maybe everyone should attend Ebay School before they can become a member. It's easy to scroll through the terms and conditions and click to say you agree to them. With some lessons from ebay  you could learn all sorts of things including what a User ID is and maybe even how to tie shoe laces.....

"Wrong !

Defending a policy violator is similar to defending a criminal."

Umm, so just what IS this policy violation that you speak of btw.

I haven't seen the op violate any policy.

The policy violation was a feedback left some time ago, the OP left a pos with a neg comment about the buyer not leaving feedback.

Not only a policy violation but a ridiculous statement to boot, since when did a buyer have to leave any feedback and if a seller left that for me they would get a neg as well as a policy violation when I reported it to ebay.
