First time seller and payout is on hold

If buyer has paid for items and I have posted item to him and he has received Item then why is my payout on hold?

Does EBay subtract the fees from the total or do I have to pay fees first before payout is deposited into my bank account given?

Ebay do it because they are the T&C's you agreed to when you joined up, and when you listed the item and ticked that big button that says I have read and agree.  Its to protect the thousands of sellers and buyers from potential fraudsters.

They subtract the fee's from your sale.

You ticked the box you read and understood

Why would that policy, you agreed to not really apply to you?

Did you indeed sign up to Managed Payments and be verified to sell before listing?

You say the buyer has received the item, did you upload the tracking number to eBay?

The buyer is also yet to leave any feedback

You really need to actually read before ticking to avoid 'not knowing' what you agreed to
