For Sale items not showing in my selling/sold list - why?

I have 3 items for sale and none of them show up in my selling/sold list.  If I search for them through the category I can find them. Can anyone tell me why this is happening please.

I can't see any listings showing up on your ID.

Did you list them with another ID.
