Usually every two to three weeks.  It's pretty random.

Keep your eye on this page .... someone usually puts up the promotions as soon as they happen  .... they are usually are every 3 weeks.    We might even get another one before the end of March  🙂

My guess is it's similar to what I got a few weeks back. 3 listings where you either pay no fees at all, or have a reduction in the fees. They are strictly invitation only. Meaning, if you didn't get the email, you can't accept the offer.
