Free listings when upgrade to store

I upgraded to a basic store yesterday but my 80 free listings is not there just the 40 from when I did not have a store. I have used up my 40 but with upgrading I would have expected to see at least another 40 still available if not the 80. Is this a glitch or do I have to wait for the October allocation?

Have you tried doing one listing? Usually the number used/left tally doesn't appear until you've done your first listing.
