I am shocked a buyer just goes leaves negtive feedback says damaged in mail & It was Registered mail!!!
I am really annoyed of as no contact at all from buyer to let me know of the problem so had no knowledge nor any chance to reslove the problem
Why on earth do leave negtive feedback before even contacting the seller & new one at that!!!
The buyer was good and paid swiftly & all good there so postive feedback left well before any issues were heard of.
What makes worse is i posted via Registered post so would have some chance of going throught Auspost
but no chance now as buyer obviosly accepted it & failed to let me know.
Is anything can do get it removed!!???? As buyer never made any contact
Not even a paypal claim this really stupid..

Thanks so much most very good quailty & helpful replies so Thankyou for help!:-D
Yes i have now reported the member to ebay which best i can do there
Yes I have now put in my Blocked list so member wont be able to bid with me again.
I will now change my refund policy to no refunds.
I not not a perfect speller no idea it's a crime??? all members perfect???
Do you know what i said & meant???....
Thanks heaps that had very helpful messeges
josh your return policy wasn't clear and the reason some members comment on spelling is that you might be selling to someone with English as a second language and the best way to avoid problems is to make sure your spelling is correct.
No members are perfect and not being a perfect speller is not a crime BUT anything that can help sellers avoid problems with buyers is usually mentioned when a seller has a problem such as the one here.
I would not go for a total "no refunds" policy but get help with rewording and correcting your spelling and put that paragraph in the description section of the listing rather than in the refund section. That is were any help with choosing region based DVDs should be.
You will find a lot of buyers won't bother reading your refund policy until they have an issue with an item whereas the region information needs to get the best chance of being read before anyone buys a dvd.
Over the years I have had other posters help me write something I need to put in a listing and I have found there is no shame in admitting that others are better than me at writing TOS etc.

Thanks That is helpful inspire better way listing.
I have heard from ebay & at this stage wont remove post or revoke member even with what others have said a Questionable history.
Really my bigest concern was fact member didnt even make any contact at all prior to leaving feedback & if did I would been happy refund the member without a return but i wont now with negtive feedback & no contact.
Thanks again I will revise my listing for next month now to help prevent problems like this one again.
