Hi, its easy to fix, why don't you give them a call, click "Customer Support" and go to the Contact eBay, you will get a number which you will need to quote when you call. Talk to them, they are pretty good, find out what's going on. Hope you sort it all out.

What's your problem? You have active listings, how have you been ripped off?

Turn your caps lock off. No need to yell - we are members, just like you.
Given your lack of specifics as to why you feel you are being ripped off, I am unable to offer any further advice. Although if you have active listings, you may well have reached your selling limit. There are ways to increase your limit, but I'm not going to enumerate them here in case that is not the problem.

I wouldnt be having a $50 store with a 10 item limit, that is financial suicide:-(

If you have a credit card, you can add it to confirm your identity so you can list more items. Then ebay realise your not a scammer listing heaps of items to rip people off so they can promote a safe enviroment.

ebay is not out to get you, they need to protect buyers from scammers, who come list whole heap of non-existent, or substandard items at "bargain" price and then disappear when the NEGs start rolling in. Every new seller has to prove themselves before being able to to list large number of items. And it is up to you to read all their rules and conditions before you sign that you agree to them.
You should be just listing small cheap bits and pieces from around the house, or buy something to re-sell, and build up your FB, then do all possible (like having the CC linked) and your limits will be over time lifted.

WHAT YOU SAY
Me say newbie seller should do homework before listing.
Me say newbie seller should have found out about listing limits before open store.
Me say newbie seller not open store without looking at overall picture.
Me say newbie seller should not open store but should use free listings until listing limit increased and still not open store unless want to sell lot more items with multiples available to make store viable.
