It'sprobably invitation only but here is the link

The promo is for the next 10 listed.
It is not an extra 10, as any applicable listing fees specifically apply. If any of your 10 sell you should, based on previous iterations, get the reduced FVF.

Hi dave, I agree it does say for the new 10 listed, but on my ebay page on the promotional offers area, there are still 10 left and 0 used, despite having listed several today. It seems to be listing from the 40 item no.

From what others have said recently, I don't think they come off the ten until they actually sell. Don't ask me to explain any more than that because I don't have a clue. I just figure if I pay less fees on something it's a bonus.
Their $1 final value fee is actually $1.10 but they neglected to mention that the GST is extra to the $1. It's illegal to add the GST to the stated price and it has to be included in the price, but I guess this is ebay. Not that I'm quibbling over 10c, just the principle of how they do it.

Hi, yes you're right. This is their reply to my question to them:
I have checked your accounts details and would like to inform you that promotional offer "Get 75% off Final Value Fees" only applies to Final Value Fees, the promotion does not apply to Insertion Fees or fees for optional features or services. However your account having free insertion fees balance (40 free listing) thus it is showing under 40 free listing there is nothing to worry when the eligible item get sold it will be reflected under the promotion.
So let's hope they honour it IF something sells.
