Re: Get paid

After 4 days, cancel the transaction, block the ‘buyer’ and re-list.
They will get a strike and you will get your fees back

Re: Get paid

Cancel the sale using the reason 'buyer didn't pay'.

IF 4 days have passed.

Congratulations, by the way. 23 years and you've never had a NPB.

Is this for the mobility scooter , pick up only,  that only ended two days ago ?

Have either of you made contact with each other ?

I think you're very lucky that the buyer hasn't paid.... ..... through eBay checkout  !

I'd be listing as  'cash preferred'  if it was me.

So much can go wrong  with expensive pick ups .

You need proof of pick up or the buyer can file an 'item not received' dispute through eBay's MBG

And the buyer can still open an 'item not as described' ' dispute through eBay's MBG

As you haven't sold for a long time, eBay will treat you as a new seller .

Are you verified to sell and signed up for managed payments  ?

And are you aware  that  if the buyer pays through eBay,  your money could be on hold for up to 30 days ?
