i have recently sold an item on eBay. I sent it thru Australia Post with tracking and sign on delivery.
I have received an email from the buyer thanking me for the fast delivery.
Confirming that he has received the item and is very happy with purchase.
However the eBay app shows sent but noted delivered.
How do I contact eBay to resolve issue?.
Have tried the automated system.
Need urgent resolution please.
