As you agreed to when you listed
As a new seller your funds are on hold for 14-30 days (if you were fully signed up to Managed Payments and verified to sell before you listed)
Did you have two of the same wheelchair that you sold?
Or did you sell to one buyer who never paid?
If so, did you cancel the original sale with the reason buyer did not pay?
An expensive item from a first time seller where the buyer has not left positive feedback, you are very unlikely to get your funds released early
And if you have not fully signed up to Managed Payments and been verified to sell, you won't be paid until after you do, and the 14-30 hold will start from that point
