How to Avoid with Fake claims

Dear friends If we are selling high-end value products and possess all authenticity letters and invoices, how can we prevent a situation where the buyer claims it appears fake or doesn't match their previous product? What is the proper procedure to address this type of claim???
Thanks in advance

Are you authorised by YSL itself to sell their products? Supplied by YSL Beauty? Invoices from YSL Beauty, that can be confirmed by YSL - are those the invoices you have? Do you have permission by YSL to sell their products on eBay?

And even more to the point, are you aware of Chanel’s conditions of sale? Are you listed by Chanel AU as an authorised seller of Chanel products? Are the invoices direct from

Chanel?

Are you aware that factories producing fake products can and do find it just as easy to issue fake authenticity documentation?

Those are the initial issues.

I’m not an expert in YSL, but I have detected fake Chanel quite a few times. I’d just say… don’t assume that a supplier selling what they assert are high-end luxury goods is honest; high-end luxury fakes are big business and caution is recommended.

Plus a good idea to take your own photos and include as many as possible from different angles, rather than lifting photos from other websites that are not showing exactly what you are selling

And being aware of what brands/items will be under the VeRO program
