As a new seller, your funds will be on hold for 30 days before release to your verified bank account.

Did you post items when advised by ebay, and have you uploaded tracking details,

Assuming you fully completed sign up to Managed Payments and were verified to sell

After which your funds will be on hold for 30 days, possibly longer considering your past very poor performance as a seller

Which you agreed to when listing 

Which applies to ever single seller, and the holds to every single seller who have not sold in a long time

Posting you want the money on the member to member forum will not change that
