Getting paid

I recently sold an item. I got a notification saying I need to upload documents to prove my identity, which I have done and it’s still saying my account is locked as you need to verify information. Can anyone help with this?

People need to sign up to Managed Payments and be verified before they sell

If you did not do that, there could be a few reasons

Have you done everything required (not 'just' uploaded ID)

Does all your ID exactly match?

Was the upload of you ID clear

Have you read the information on selling/signing up as a seller?
