Have just spoken to Help & Support , Ive discovered im in the USA but i never knew it . The poor Ebay robot didnt know what was going on ,a technical issue ?? Id rang about a buyers INR case that had a clear tracking number showing as delivered 8-9-17 .I tried to re enter the tracking number but could only put an american carrier in as im in the US ---im not last time i looked im living in the swamp state of Victoria Aust.... Also contacted the buyer to help out and they said they dont have a secure letterbox ?????? why would you have things delivered to a home with no secure letter box???? Did they know that before they buy items from ebay
