Open an INR case.
This has been an issue on these boards for months. Talk to the seller in future. Most don't seem to realise the extra cost and hassles of GSP, just that it provides them with eBay protection, which requires proof of delivery. If you buy when logged into the Australian site, all they need to prove is postage, for seller protection. A lot of sellers are willing to be flexible, I've heard.
I don't buy from the US through eBay, but I do have Paypal protection (as any buyer in the world who uses Paypal has) and have no complaints with my seller.
